Since April 2024, Sales-as-a-Service has been working for us as a service provider in complaint and claims management. Their services include taking reports by phone, documenting them, and tracking them in our ticketing system until the reporting party confirms that the matter has been resolved.

Of particular note is the high degree of flexibility with which Sales-as-a-Service delivers this service despite highly fluctuating utilization rates per week.

In November 2021, Sales-as-a-Service GmbH began photographically documenting the fiber optic cable routes on our behalf for the funding agency for three expansion clusters in districts surrounding Rostock in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.

By August 2023, this service provided us with archives containing approximately 1,800 photos, including linked geodata (in accordance with GIS regulations).

In the first half of 2025, Sales-as-a-Service GmbH managed the FTTx home connection process on our behalf in the Adelshofen district of Eppingen. This included sending contract offers to selected target customers, digitizing returned contracts, scheduling and conducting site visits, and providing the resulting site visit reports.

As a result, 230 connection contracts were concluded, and the site visit reports were processed and provided to our satisfaction.
