Property and Owner Research

What we offer:

  • We take over your property list, including geodata.

  • We visit all properties on-site to identify or verify*:
    - property type (single-family or multi-family home;
    - number of residential/commercial units;
    - private ownership vs. housing association or homeowners' association)
    - the responsible party (owner or property manager)

  • We record the contact details of the relevant contact person.

  • We make inquiries and document details such as:
    - for a potential fiber-optic connection...
    - for a potential district heating connection:
    - current heating/hot water generation method
    - installation date of the system

  • We upload the updated, validated property list for you.

* We may gain access to the property to do this.
