  • we determine or validate the number of residential and commercial units for each property,

  • we identify the key decision-maker for each property—including their phone number and email address—as well as the
    occupants of the units,

  • we prepare property access agreements (GNVs) for the properties and forward them to the respective decision-makers,

  • we offer your fiber-optic connection and internet service contracts to the occupants of the property,

  • we digitize the signed agreements and contracts as they are returned and prepare them for integration into your customer management system.
