  • We document the house introduction with photos/sketches

  • We agree on the location of the handover point in the house and document this with photos/sketches

  • We create the inspection report and add the documentary photos to it

  • We obtain the signature of the owner or authorized representative for permission

  • We upload the created protocols including photos to you

  • You give us access to your customer database
    (or we download a copy of your customer list)

  • We provide a telephone number and/or an email address for questions and complaints

  • We receive inquiries from your customers or interested parties and forward them to you

  • We accept complaints and changes and process them or forward them
